The Plant Embossed Pendant

We gladly accept cancellations if the item has not been sent and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.

We will also accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value, if an item isn't returned in original condition. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions, and we will reply ASAP.   

Our products (excluding made to order or commissions) will be ready to dispatch within 1-2 business days.  

Delivery will  be by Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24 for orders over £20. 

Please note: The "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date. The "ship by date" is when your package leaves our studio. and the "delivery date" is when your package is estimated to arrive at your address. 

This pendant is made from 100% recylced fine silver and is hung on a recycled, sterling silver chain 18inch in length. We recommend that you remove it when sleeping or working out. Please clean using a dry, clean cloth & keep it dry, so avoid wearing it in humid environments, when bathing, or swimming. Please store in a cool, dry place, & avoid contact perfume, or cosmetics as proper care will help maintain its stunning appearance!
